We often find ourselves surrounded by factory-made, cheap-quality products, that are ever so boring! BrezelHaus is too European for that. We believe that each pretzel is unlike the other because they are handcrafted! We are not a “production”, we are a craft shop. We value true craftsmanship and allow our bakes to be imperfect while never compromising on their quality.

In the heart of the city, in Indiranagar, quite far from home, we have created our little “craftery” to be a sort of food embassy for German cuisine in India. For us, BrezelHaus is truly our home, and the founders swear by its authenticity!

Our bakery is an eclectic collage of different European and German ideas. At the core of our vision is to share these ideas through not just our food, but through art and stories that are just as local as they are European. We are always on the lookout to collaborate with local artists and small businesses who too, like us, are storytellers!
